Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and market research

• Open to field sales activities and travel as required

• Meet potential clients, understand their business needs, and present suitable IT solutions

• Handle product demonstrations, explain features, and present value propositions

• Promote company website services and product vouchers (details attached)

• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve monthly targets

• Participate in client meetings, reviews, and sales presentations
