Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Summary

Leshrac Electricals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Electrical Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products to dealers, distributors, contractors, and industrial customers. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and basic knowledge of electrical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and customer visits.

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and end customers.

• Promote and sell electrical products such as wires, cables, switchgear, lighting, MCBs, DBs, and related electrical items.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for order closure.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams for timely order execution.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Graduate, ITI (Electrical), Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience in Electrical Sales, Industrial Sales, B2B Sales, or Channel Sales.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Knowledge of electrical products and the electrical market will be preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
