Featherwood Furniture Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling IndiaMART leads, strong sales skills, and excellent communication abilities. We are looking for someone with good business understanding, high problem-solving ability, and the confidence to convert inquiries into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage inquiries received through IndiaMART.

• Convert leads into sales through effective follow-ups.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the design and production teams for smooth project execution.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Experience working on IndiaMART is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good IQ and analytical thinking to understand client requirements quickly.

• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• Experience in the furniture, interior, office furniture, or related industry will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–5 years of sales experience.

• Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
