Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to align strategies.
Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in English, Hindi, etc.]
Ability to handle high call volumes.
Experience in Credit card, Loan, insurance.
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
Salary:
16k To 21 CTC+ Incentive 15k
