RESPONSIBILITIES
Advisor/Agent Recruitment & Enablement:
Responsible for onboarding new advisors/agents, conducting thorough induction and training sessions, and fostering a results-driven team environment to accelerate organizational advancement. Adherence to defined protocols and quality benchmarks is mandatory.
Field Engagement:
Identify and enlist part-time professionals to function as advisors/agents.
Facilitate client meetings and carry out in-person evaluations.
Team Leadership & Coaching:
Guide and mentor team members in sourcing leads via digital platforms, personal networks, referrals, and professional circles. Support them in converting potential leads into actual clients.
Drive business growth through coordinated team efforts and campaigns.
Ensure delivery of personalized financial solutions tailored to each client’s objectives and needs.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Educational Qualification: Graduation required, with a minimum of one year of experience in sales or a related field.
Must be open to face-to-face client engagement within the assigned territory.
