*Job Summary:*
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and closing sales for Trumarx's Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) services. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of IPR-related services such as trademarks, patents, copyrights, and legal contracts.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Business Development & Lead Generation*
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Research potential clients and industries to expand the customer base.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure continuous lead generation.
2. *Client Engagement & Relationship Management*
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored IPR solutions.
3. *Sales & Revenue Growth*
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, agreements, and service proposals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. *Market Research & Competitive Analysis*
- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies.
- Provide insights to management on potential growth areas and business opportunities.
- Develop innovative strategies to differentiate Trumarx's services in the market.
5. *Reporting & Documentation*
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal closures.
- Prepare sales reports and present progress updates to the CEO.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market dynamics to improve service offerings.
*Qualifications & Experience:*
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IPR, legal services, or consulting.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trademarks, patents, copyrights, and other IP-related services is an advantage.
