Position: Salesman / Sales Executive
Location: Odisha & Kolkata

Head quarter -Kolkata

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Salesman to promote and sell our products/services in Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers, retailers, distributors, and dealers to promote company products.

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market surveys and provide feedback on competitors and customer requirements.

• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.

• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of sales experience (FMCG, consumer goods, industrial products, or related field preferred).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

• Valid driving license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
