Job Responsibilities

• Appoint and manage distributors and retailers for Odisha location.

• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Visit markets regularly and build relationships with dealers and retailers.

• Increase product visibility and market penetration.

• Monitor competitors' activities and provide market feedback.

• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.

• Coordinate with the head office regarding sales performance and stock requirements.

• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in footwear sales(more preferable), FMCG sales, or channel sales.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the odisha

• Knowledge of distributor and retailer management.

•
