Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with daily operations, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and order confirmations with clients.

Maintain and update sales databases, CRM tools, and client records.

Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution and delivery.

Follow up with customers for pending orders, payments, and documentation.

Handle incoming client inquiries, route them to the concerned sales personnel, and ensure timely responses.

Generate and maintain MIS reports, sales trackers, and client communication logs.

Support marketing initiatives such as product promotions, exhibitions, and presentations.

Monitor stock availability, order processing status, and share updates with clients and the sales team.

Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external use.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – mandatory.

Knowledge of CRM systems, quotation tools, or ERP software (preferred).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic sales team.

Good written and verbal communication in English is essential.
