Key Responsibilities:
● Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers and branch staff of assigned bank branches.
● Generate leads for abroad education loans through active branch engagement and relationship building.
● Manage the entire loan process — from lead generation and customer interaction to documentation and disbursement.
● Conduct regular branch visits to ensure visibility, training, and consistent business flow.
● Educate and update branch teams on product features and processes.
● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales of Banking, Financial Products or related
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Must possess a valid driving license.
● Good communication skills in English and the regional language.
● Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
● Willingness to travel regularly across assigned branches.
