## About the Role

SMFG India Credit is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join as MRIO – Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate should have sales experience with knowledge of secured loan products and be willing to work in a field sales role.

## Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.

• Acquire customers for Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and APF products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.

• Identify potential leads and convert them into successful business.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance throughout the loan process.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.

## Eligibility Criteria

Experience in •Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), APF••, or any sales domain.

• Candidates with sales experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services will be preferred.

Must be comfortable with •field sales•• (mandatory).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Age: •Maximum 35 years••.

• CIBIL Score: 700 or above (Mandatory).

• No career gap.

• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
