Role Type: Field Sales / Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing home loan clients (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, builders, and brokers.
- Processing files, including document collection, verification, and coordinating with the credit team.
- Conducting site visits and ensuring strict credit discipline.
- Achieving individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in HL / LAP / Mortgage products.
- Qualification: Graduate (preferred).
- Age: Generally up to 32 years.
- Requirements: Local candidate preferred, bike and valid license often required.
