Salary:

Gross Salary: ₹16,000 per month

In-hand Salary: ₹13,500 per month (after PF, ESIC, PT deductions)

Working Hours:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Late sitting may be required as this is a field sales role

Qualification:

10th or 12th Pass

Age Limit:

20 to 30 years

Candidate must have a bike with a valid driving license

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Relationship Officers for a field-based role involving loan disbursement and collection. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, forming small groups of female members, facilitating loan disbursement, and ensuring timely EMI collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential female customers for loan services

Form groups of 5 female members and facilitate loan disbursement

Collect loan EMIs from customers on time

Maintain proper relationship with customers

Manage field activities related to loan disbursement and collection

Selection Process:

1. First Round – HR Interview

2. Shortlisted candidates will attend one day field exposure at the nearest branch

3. Based on feedback from the candidate and branch team, a Final Round interview with the Branch Head will be conducted

4. Selected candidates will complete joining formalities at the Head Office
