Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales and processing.
• Source new customers through leads, referrals, and field activities.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan applications.
• Follow up with clients for documentation, approvals, and disbursement.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Ability to handle sales targets and client interactions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in BFSI sector.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
