• Client Engagement: Building rapport, establishing trust, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

• Sales & Cross-Selling: Offering relevant bank products (accounts, credit cards, loans, insurance, investments) to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.

• Financial Advisory: Providing basic financial advice, investment guidance, and wealth planning.

• Customer Service: Handling service requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Business Development: Acquiring new customers through referrals and visits, and converting existing customers to wider banking services (e.g., family banking).

• Channel Promotion: Encouraging customers to use digital banking channels (mobile, internet banking).

Role in the Bank:

• A front-office role interfacing directly with customers.
