Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads for unsecured business loans through client visits, direct sourcing, referrals, and market activities.

• Identify and acquire new customers from SMEs, traders, merchants, self-employed professionals, and business owners.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify potential business loan customers and generate quality leads.

• Understand customers’ business profiles, financial requirements, eligibility, and loan requirements.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to application submission and disbursement.

• Collect and verify required customer documents such as KYC, income/business proof, banking details, and financial documents.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for smooth processing of loan applications.

• Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure timely closure of leads.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales, disbursement, and revenue targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Generate business through DSA/connector/referral networks and local market references.

• Ensure proper customer profiling and adherence to the bank’s credit and compliance guidelines.

• Maintain accurate sales reports, lead pipelines, and daily activity updates.

• Focus on quality sourcing and maintain a healthy portfolio with minimum delinquency.
