Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through Client visits, market mapping, references, and direct customer acquisition.

• Approach business owners, traders, self-employed professionals, and SMEs for unsecured business loans.

• Conduct regular field visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, pricing, and documentation requirements to customers.

• Collect and verify KYC, financial, and business documents.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely conversion.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales, login, and disbursement targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Business Loans, Unsecured Loans, SME/MSME Loans, Personal Loans, or BFSI.

• Strong field sales and customer acquisition skills.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

• Target-oriented with willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
