Job Description (JD) – FLS (Financial Life Specialist)

Position: Relationship Officer
Industry: Insurance / BFSI
Channel: Direct Channel

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: 25 to 38 years

• Education: Graduation (Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year+

• Previous Industry Experience:

  • Insurance / BFSI

  • Liability Sales Profiles only:

    • FD (Fixed Deposit)

    • RD (Recurring Deposit)

    • CASA

    • Life Insurance (LI)

    • General Insurance (GI)

    • Health Insurance (HI)

Salary Package

• CTC: ₹2.25 LPA to ₹3.5 LPA (as per experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage new customers through direct sales.

• Sell insurance and BFSI liability products as per company guidelines.

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable financial solutions.

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-oriented mindset with customer focus

• Basic knowledge of insurance & BFSI products

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
