Key Responsibilities:
· Drive business loan, sales by identifying and acquiring potential customers, building relationships and achieving sales targets through field visits.
· To ensure disbursement targets are met with minimum delinquency
· Assess the potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas.
· Disbursement, repayment and delinquency management, achieving daily / weekly targets
· Undertake regular field visits, Centre Meetings, and review loan applications.
· Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and establish strong brand identification with potential customers.
· Ensure weekly/daily meetings & visit to centre
· A basic understanding of the business Loans model working would be preferred.
· A valid Driving License (DL) and a personal two-wheeler are mandatory requirements for this role.
Skill Requirement: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in field sales, mandatory experience in lending products, open market sourcing, and small ticket-size business loans.
