Key responsibilities

• Drive sales: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for life insurance products.

• Product training: Conduct regular training sessions for bank employees to enhance their knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques.

• Lead generation and management: Generate leads through bank databases, customer walk-ins, and joint calls with bank employees.

• After-sales support: Provide after-sales service, including assistance with claims and handling customer grievances.

• Reporting: Track sales performance, extract required reports, and coordinate between the bank and the insurance company.

• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
