Job Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products.
Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and promote banking products.
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Coordinate with branch teams for smooth customer onboarding and documentation.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to management.
Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.
