We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officer to drive sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers, maintaining relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Source and acquire customers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Meet potential customers, understand their financial needs, and suggest suitable loan products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners (builders, real estate agents, DSA, etc.).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and leads.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
