Job Title: Relationship Officer – Field Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Relationship Officer – Field Sales with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance and/or Banking sector. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets through field-based activities in and around Latur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through field sales activities and lead generation.

• Promote and sell Insurance products (Life, Health, General) and/or Banking products (Loans, CASA, Credit Cards, etc.).

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Conduct daily field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Cross-sell and upsell financial products to existing clients.

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer applications.

• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Good understanding of Insurance and Banking products.

• Ability to work in a target-driven, field-based environment.

• Knowledge of the local Latur market is preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA preferred).

• Relevant certifications (IRDA license or banking certifications) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales within Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services.
