Position: Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales (Channel Manager)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive home loan sales through direct marketing and relationship building. The role involves generating leads, meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications from inquiry to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and close home loan sales through direct marketing and referrals
• Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and potential customers
• Assist customers with loan applications and documentation
• Coordinate with credit teams for loan processing and approval
• Ensure compliance with KYC and documentation requirements
• Track sales performance and maintain regular reports
Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
• 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably in home loans or financial services)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of home loan products and financial processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
