• Source and acquire customers through direct field sales.

• Build relationships with affordable private schools.

• Handle KYC, documentation, and credit profiling.

• Ensure timely collections and maintain portfolio quality.

✅ Mandatory Requirements:

• Male candidates only (due to extensive rural territory coverage)

• Personal two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Willing to travel extensively (1000+ km/month) across assigned territories.
