Urban Money is expanding its Retail Loans vertical in Bhopal, and we are hiring Relationship Managers (RM) and Sales Managers (SM) to build a high-performing local team under the Cluster Head model.

If you have experience in Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, or Business Loans, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading fintech brand.

🔹 Open Positions:

✅ Relationship Manager (RM)

✅ Sales Manager (SM)

📍 Location: Bhopal

📊 Segment: Retail Loans (HL, LAP, PL, BL)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Source retail loan business through direct customers, DSAs & connectors

Build and maintain strong customer & channel relationships

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for logins, sanctions & disbursements

Ensure documentation accuracy and smooth closures

Achieve monthly business and productivity targets

🔹 Eligibility:

Experience in BFSI / Loans / NBFC / Bank / DSA ecosystem preferred

Strong understanding of local Bhopal market

Good communication & negotiation skills

Self-motivated, target-driven attitude
