Roles & Responsibilities of Relationship Manager

Points to be considered:

1.Relationship Manager is responsible for reporting to the Branch Head

2.Branch Head is responsible to delegate Additional work to Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

a)Data Collection

1.Visiting corporate & non-corporate schools, colleges & tuition points for taking appointments regarding DEMO’s/ collection of data.

2.Data Collection from schools, colleges & Tuition points

b)Delegation of work & Follow-up’s

1.Follow-ups with Marketing Executives regarding visiting /conducting Demos/collection of data from corporate & non corporate schools, colleges & Tuition points

2.Responsible to allocate Schools & Colleges data to Tele callers on daily basis and follow-up the same

3.Monitoring Tele caller’s work on daily basis

c)Monitoring Admissions

1.Responsible/monitor for convention of collected data into campus walk-ins.

2.Monitoring campus walk-in enquiries and conversion into admissions.

3.Campus walk-in Reviews and Analysis to be done on timely basis.

d)Business Relationship Maintenance

1.Visiting Schools, Tuition points & Colleges for Relationship with Principal / Teachers

2.Monitoring Relationship Executives whether they are visiting on daily basis

3.Responsible for identifying tuition points and also build relationship with concern persons

e)Promotional Activities

1.Responsible for identifying locations for Brand promotions.

2.Promotional activities include distribution of broachers /flyers, maintaining standees/ Banners, etc.

f)ERP Updating & Maintenance(CRM Module)

1.Core responsibility is updating & maintain CMR MODULE

2.Monitoring with Relationship Executives for Entry of Data collected in ERP

3.Token Entry, update information for Schools and Colleges

4.Update complete marketing source on daily basis
