Relationship Manager

We are hiring Relationship Managers (RM) for T&N Business Services at our Mumbai offices located in Malad West and Kurla West.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, relationship management, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective customers and explain company products and services.
• Acquire new customers and maintain long-term relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria:
• MBA is mandatory.
• Minimum 60% marks in 12th, Graduation, and MBA.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using technology.
• Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or Relationship Management will be an added advantage.

Location: Mumbai (Malad West & Kurla West)

CTC: ₹3.96 LPA

• Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 per month
• Variable Pay: Up to ₹11,000 per month
