Job Description

GoNukkad is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Relationship Managers to join our growing field sales team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting business owners, acquiring new customers, and promoting GoNukkad's digital business solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify potential customers.

• Meet business owners and explain GoNukkad's services.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

• Maintain customer records and CRM updates.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.

• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed CTC: ₹2.88 LPA

• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2.12 LPA
