Job Title: Relationship Manager– Dealer Tie-up (E-Rickshaw Finance)

Identify, approach, and onboard E-rickshaw dealers for tie-ups with the company’s finance products.
Build and maintain strong dealer relationships to drive financing volumes.
Ensure timely dealer activation and smooth documentation process for loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for dealer acquisition and finance penetration.
Conduct regular dealer visits, provide training, and resolve issues to strengthen partnerships.
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and collection teams for end-to-end process management.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the E-rickshaw finance segment.
Generate daily/weekly MIS and share updates with management.
Graduate/MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field.
3–6 years of experience in NBFC/Finance/Automobile Finance industry.
Proven experience in dealer tie-ups, preferably in 2W/3W/Commercial vehicle financing.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to achieve targets under pressure and work independently in the assigned territory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
