Department: Sales / Mortgage
CTC-RM- Upto 4LPA, Sr.RM - Upto 5.5 LPA
Reports To: Branch Manager / Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager to manage and grow the Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) business. You will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and ensuring smooth loan processing to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for home loans and LAP, (Open Market )

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

• Guide clients through the loan process from application to disbursement.

• Cross-sell financial products where appropriate.

• Meet sales targets and submit regular performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Experience: 1year to 3 years in sales or mortgage lending, ideally in Home Loans and LAP.

• Skills: Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
