Position

Mortgage Individual Relationship Officer (MIRO) / Individual Relationship Officer – Home Loan (IRO-HL)

Job Type

Full-Time | Field Sales

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

• Graduation is mandatory

• Maximum age: 32 years

• Maximum CTC: ₹3.6 LPA

• Ticket size: ₹5 Lakhs to ₹25 Lakhs

• Self-sourcing / Direct Market experience preferred

• Notice period: Maximum 30 days or less

• No employment gap

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through self-sourcing and direct market activities

• Acquire new customers for Home Loan and Mortgage products

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products

• Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement

• Conduct customer visits and maintain regular follow-ups

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets

• Collect and verify required customer documents

• Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval

• Maintain strong customer relationships and develop the local market network

Looking for target-oriented and customer-focused sales professionals with relevant experience in Home Loan/Mortgage/Financial Services, good communication skills, and strong market knowledge.
