Job Responsibilities

• Generate business for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP).

• Identify and develop new customer relationships through various sourcing channels.

• Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Source potential customers through direct sales, connectors, DSAs, and other channels.

• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

• Achieve monthly business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales, preferably in Home Loans or Loan Against Property.

• Candidates must be currently employed.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge of the local market in Hyderabad will be an added advantage.
