Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Home Loans to drive home loan business by acquiring new customers, developing relationships with property dealers and builders, and ensuring a smooth loan process from lead generation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new home loan leads through direct sourcing, referrals, property dealers, builders, and other channels.

• Meet prospective customers, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable home loan products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan acquisition and disbursement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, brokers, and channel partners.

• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and other internal teams to ensure timely processing.

• Follow up with customers throughout the loan journey, from application to sanction and disbursement.

• Maintain regular follow-ups on leads and ensure effective conversion.

• Cross-sell relevant banking/financial products wherever applicable.

• Ensure all customer interactions and loan documentation comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, sanctions, and disbursements.

• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.

• Knowledge of home loans, housing finance, and basic credit processes.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home loans, housing finance, retail banking, LAP, or financial services is preferred.

• Candidates with experience in direct sales or channel sales may also be considered.

• Monthly home loan disbursement.

Compensation

Salary: [2.5lpa/annum] + incentives
Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per company policy.
