Job Summary

SMFG India Credit is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to manage and develop relationships with customers while driving business growth in the Home Loan segment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in APF (Approved Project Finance), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through customer acquisition and relationship management.

• Handle Home Loan, APF, and LAP product sales.

• Source quality leads from builders, DSAs, and direct channels.

• Guide customers through the loan application process and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–2 years in Home Loan/LAP sales.

• Strong knowledge of APF, Home Loan (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Age: Maximum 35 years.
