Position: Relationship Manager (RM)

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA

About the Role

SMFG India Credit is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Relationship Manager to join the Jaipur team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) and experience in sales/customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage leads for Home Loan and LAP products.

Develop relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, connectors and other business partners.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to disbursement.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, credit processing and loan disbursement.

Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies.

Candidate Requirements

Strong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products is mandatory.

Candidates should be currently working

Relevant experience in sales/loan products preferred.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Strong target-oriented approach.

CIBIL Score: 700+ preferred/mandatory.

Graduate qualification preferred.
