Job Description

SMFG India Credit is hiring candidates for the Relationship Manager / Sales Officer position in Vellore.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field sales activities.

• Identify and approach potential customers for Home Loan and LAP (Loan Against Property) products.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products.

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.

• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

• Develop business through market visits, referrals and customer sourcing.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–6 months in sales; currently working candidates preferred.

• Field Sales experience/knowledge is mandatory.

• Should be interested in building a career in Home Loan & LAP products.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Willingness to work in a field sales role.

• Age: Maximum 35 years.

• Candidates with a strong interest in financial services and sales are preferred.
