Position: Relationship Manager – Loan Sales
Experience: 1–2 years
Age: Maximum 30 years
Credit Score: Minimum CIBIL Score of 750
Job Responsibilities:
Generate and manage loan business through customer acquisition and referrals.
Handle leads and guide customers through the loan process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, and loan processing.
Achieve assigned sales targets and follow up with prospective customers.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in any type of loan, such as Home Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, Business Loan, etc.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Minimum CIBIL Score of 750.
Maximum age: 30 years.
Candidates with strong sales and relationship-management skills are preferred.
