Job Summary:

Wonder Home Finance is looking for a dedicated and motivated Relationship Manager (RM) to join our Pune branch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Home Loan or Mortgage products, strong relationship-building skills, and a consistent record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and acquire customers for Home Loan / Mortgage products through direct and channel sales.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful loan applications.

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.

Ensure complete adherence to company policies and maintain a clean CIBIL record.

Achieve monthly business targets as per company goals.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Prior experience in Home Loan / Mortgage Sales is mandatory

Age: Up to 35 years

CIBIL: Must have a clear CIBIL report with zero overdue loans

Two-Wheeler: Mandatory with a valid driving license

Location: Only local candidates from Pune / Pimpri will be considered

Profile Preference: Candidates with stable job history (no frequent job changes)
