Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and explain life insurance products.
Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Provide personalized insurance solutions based on customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for policy renewals and upselling.
Ensure proper documentation and follow company sales processes.
Participate in training programs for continuous learning and development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 Month of sales experience .
Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Freshers are not eligible for this position.
