Job Role:

Recruit and develop insurance advisors / agents
Train advisors on HDFC Life products and sales process
Support agents in generating insurance business
Drive sales through agency channel team
Motivate and manage advisor performance
Achieve monthly and yearly business targets
Maintain long-term relationship with advisors and customers

Requirements:

Graduate (Mandatory)
Sales experience Minimum 1 year (Other / BFSI / Direct Sales)
Good communication and convincing ability
