Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Generate leads through references, telecalling, and branch walk-ins.
Identify customer needs and cross-sell suitable financial/insurance products.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the branch.
Coordinate with internal teams for service requests and documentation.
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into business.
Maintain customer data, update CRM systems, and prepare reports.
Support the branch in promotional activities and customer engagement programs.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
