Relationship Manager at HDFC Sales Pvt Ltd.

Job Description:

 Business Generation: Drive sales for Home Loan /Mortgage Loan and cross-sell other banking products.

 Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure continued business growth.

 Sales Operations: Handle field sales activities, Field Sales ,ensuring efficient operations while maintaining audit compliance and adhering to company standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Educational Qualification: A graduate from any stream.

 Experience: 1 to 4 Years

 BFSI Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector will be given preference.

Salary Range:-

 Sales Officer :- 2.94 LPA to 3.9 LPA

 Relationship Manager :- 3.4 LPA to 4.2 LPA

Desired Candidate Profile - Good communication (both verbal and written) skill

In both English and the local language, Excellent lead generation and conversion skill, Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines & work successfully as a part of a team, High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently, ready to travel locally for Meeting customers during sales calls, should have compatible mobile device with a Required Android/ ions version
