About the Role:
We are looking for a young, energetic, and result-oriented CP Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Channel Partner (CP) relations and be capable of independently building, managing, and driving relationships with partners to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Channel Partners
• Drive partner activations and engagement activities
• Generate site visits and business opportunities through CP networks
• Maintain regular communication with existing partners and onboard new partners
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth closure processes
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve partner productivity and performance
• Track and report CP activities and business performance
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Channel Partner/CP Relationship management in real estate
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Existing network and understanding of the real estate ecosystem is preferred
• Self-driven individual with a high ownership mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
