Job Profile- Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Language Required : Gujarati, Hindi & English

Qualification- 12th pass or above

Eligibility : 1 year min Experience in field sales

Salary - 3.3 LPA - 4.5 LPA + Unlimited incentives + Travel Allowance

Working Days- 6 days working with roster off.

You'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients, generate leads, and close sales. Your role is key to driving business growth by building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

• Achieve Sales Targets

• Face to Face Client Visits

• Upselling & Cross-Selling

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Proven sales experience, especially with insurance companies.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.

• Familiar with various sales techniques and effective pipeline management.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Any graduate or equivalent.
