Job Description :

As a Field Sales Executive, you will work on the ground to directly engage with customers and drive business growth. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting daily field visits in assigned territories to meet potential and existing customers

• Promoting and selling company products/services through face-to-face interactions

• Explaining product features, benefits, pricing, and policies in a simple and convincing manner

• Generating leads, following up with prospects, and closing sales effectively

• Maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Collecting customer feedback and sharing market insights with the team

• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Maintaining basic sales records and updating customer details
