💼 Role: Relationship Manager – MSME Branch Sales
🎓 Qualification: Any Graduate
📅 Experience: 1–4 Years (Loan / Loan Against Property Sales Preferred)
💰 CTC: Upto ₹4.5 LPA
👤 Age: 21–32 Years (Preferred: 25–28 Years)
### Key Responsibilities
✅ Acquire new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP)
✅ Generate business through direct sourcing
✅ Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners
✅ Achieve monthly sales targets
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer servicing
✅ Maintain a quality customer portfolio
### Preferred Candidate Profile
✔️ Experience in Loan / Loan Against Property (LAP) Sales
✔️ Affordable LAP experience is an added advantage
✔️ Basic legal knowledge is preferred
✔️ Strong communication and relationship management skills
✔️ Target-oriented and self-motivated
✔️ Local candidates preferred
📌 Note: Candidates will be on the 3 Point Human Capital Payroll for the first 6 months.
