Job Description:
We are looking for Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers with experience in secured lending products such as Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP) and Micro Loans (ML).
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through direct sourcing, DSA, connectors and open-market channels.
Source and sell HL, LAP and ML loan products.
Identify potential customers and develop strong customer relationships.
Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
Build and maintain a strong DSA / Connector / local market network.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other teams for smooth processing.
Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies.
Maintain good customer relationships and support portfolio growth.
Candidate Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in NBFC / HFC / Banking / Financial Services.
Candidates with experience in HL / LAP / ML / secured lending will be preferred.
Good knowledge of local market and customer acquisition.
Experience in field sales, direct sales, DSA or connector sourcing is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in field sales
