You will be the face of our firm, guiding high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) through property presentations, consultations, and the final investment process.

*​Key Responsibilities*

​Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with premium buyers and corporate investors.

​Consultative Sales: Understand client investment needs and present matching premium residential, commercial, or land portfolios.

​Site Presentations: Conduct professional site visits and project walkthroughs.

*​Deal Closure*: Handle pricing discussions, payment structures, and smoothly close bookings.
