Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct sales, referrals, and channel partners.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, builders, and referral networks.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan products.
Coordinate end-to-end loan processing including login, documentation, sanction, and disbursement.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Maintain proper MIS and provide regular sales updates.
Deliver quality customer service and handle customer queries effectively.
